How the Academic Console uses your data
We use your data only to run the program.

What we keep
Your Telegram account ID, username and the names you give us; contact and profile details such as phone, email, department, year and major; a disability flag from the university roster, and any support needs you tell us; admission, scholarship, internship, tutor and ToT workshop applications, including CVs and answers; internship placements, weekly reports and mentor comments; classes, attendance, identity checks at orientation, exams, learning activity and points, surveys, hackathon work and certificates; the LMS and Azure login details we issue to you, and the use and cost of the Azure resources we give you; for tutors, the identity and bank documents needed to pay them; messages you send to our Telegram bot or through Student support, and our replies; files you or staff upload for the program, such as documents, signatures and class photos; and a log of actions taken in the system.
Google sign-in
If you connect Google, we ask Google only for your account ID and email address. We keep both, with the times you connected and last signed in. The action log keeps that email after you remove Google. We do not read your Gmail, Drive, contacts or any other Google data, and we do not keep Google passwords or Google tokens.
Why we use it
To sign you in, handle admissions, run classes, record attendance and progress, give exams and certificates, run scholarships, internships and the hackathon, pay tutors, answer your questions, and report on the program.
Who can see it
Program staff; the tutors, instructors and judges of your classes and projects; all tutors of the current semester, and other students, who see your name, your sections, your lecture progress, weekly mock status and practice activity and, when staff publish it, your attendance on the class activity page, and your name and points on the learning leaderboard; your hackathon teammates, who see your Telegram username and team role, and tutors forming teams, who see the name and Telegram username of students without a team; anyone with your certificate or transcript verification link, who sees the holder's name; KOICA and the partner universities, through program reports. Our program management system (Flow) and staff tools connected to our API, including AI assistants that staff use. The services we use to run the program process it for us: Telegram, Microsoft (Azure), the LMS, and our hosting and database providers (Vercel and Neon), Google if you use Google sign-in, and an email service (Resend) when we send invitations by email. We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Your choices
You can remove Google sign-in on your account page, or ask us to remove it. You can ask staff there to correct your profile. To ask about or delete your data, write to us.

Our use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
